The dated amendment must remain available with the original rules for the rest of the Sweepstakes. ## Limited prospective override This dated amendment supersedes only the prior optional-reward values, cadence, and optional-entry caps for qualifying actions completed on or after the effective timestamp above. It does not change eligibility, the entry period, prize, drawing, privacy terms, evidence/review requirements, or any other rule unless this amendment expressly says so. All registrations and all historical entry-ledger records remain unchanged, including every confirmed, pending, and rejected award and its recorded point value. Existing acceptance records and their original Official Rules hashes remain unchanged. This amendment does not recalculate, reverse, replace, or delete prior points. ## Daily-v2 optional rewards from the effective timestamp - **Follow bundle:** A qualifying configured follow/subscription bundle earns **15 entries once per campaign** after manual review. The follow route and its free alternative share one once-only follow slot. A pending or confirmed legacy follow award already consumes that shared follow slot; it cannot be stacked with a daily-v2 follow award. - **New standard posts:** A distinct qualifying new public Instagram post earns **20 entries per Instagram campaign day**, and a distinct qualifying new public Facebook post earns **20 entries per Facebook campaign day**, after manual review. - **Original videos:** A distinct qualifying original public Instagram video earns **30 entries per Instagram campaign day**, and a distinct qualifying original public Facebook video earns **30 entries per Facebook campaign day**, after manual review. - **Email share:** A qualifying sent promotional email earns **20 entries per campaign day** after manual review. The four social platform/day opportunities and the email opportunity are combined, shared slots. A single action, proof item, or free alternative request cannot be used to stack rewards or receive more than one award for the same applicable slot. ## Combined caps and free equivalent requests From the effective timestamp, the optional daily cap is **120 entries**: 20 Instagram-post + 20 Facebook-post + 30 Instagram-video + 30 Facebook-video + 20 email. The once-only follow cap is **15 entries**. On an entrant’s first qualifying daily-v2 day, the maximum is **135 optional entries**, or **136 entries including the one registration entry** when applicable. A free alternative request remains available for every corresponding optional slot and has the exact same value and cadence: 15 once for follow, 20 per platform/day for each standard post, 30 per platform/day for each original video, and 20 per day for email. Social/email and alternative routes share the same slot and combined cap; an entrant may use one route for a slot, not both. ## Evidence, review, and email safeguards remain unchanged Manual review remains required. A social claim still requires the required screenshot/evidence and direct public permalink for the claimed campaign day, the posting account/handle, the entrant’s public verification code, the configured Elite Golf Schools tag or mention, required disclosures, and original-video evidence where applicable. The date, code, tag, content, ownership, disclosure, and video checks remain applicable. For email, the existing sent-message evidence, recipient-redaction confirmation, Sponsor postal-address disclosure, opt-out contact, ownership-code evidence, manual review, and suppression/opt-out process remain unchanged. This amendment does not send email, expose recipients, or treat a click, draft, copied caption, or unsupported attestation as a confirmed entry. --- ## Original Official Rules (preserved verbatim) # Elite Golf Schools — Callaway Quantum Max D Driver Sweepstakes Official Rules ## 1. Sponsor The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Elite Golf Schools, 4415 E Village Pkwy, Gilbert, AZ 85297 ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules may be sent to info@elitegolfofaz.com. Sponsor's website is https://elitegolfofaz.com. ## 2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their state of legal residence at the time of entry. Entrants who are residents of Alabama or Nebraska must be at least 19 years old, and entrants who are residents of Mississippi must be at least 21 years old. United States territories and possessions, and locations outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, are excluded. Employees and officers of Sponsor, other personnel who administer the Sweepstakes, and each such person's immediate family members and members of the same household, are not eligible. "Immediate family" includes spouse, parent, child, and sibling. Sponsor may request reasonable private verification of identity, age, residence, eligibility, and prize-delivery information from a potential winner. Do not submit sensitive identity documents in a public post or through a social platform. ## 3. Entry Period and Timing The Sweepstakes opens at October 23, 2026 at 12:14:35 PM MST (America/Phoenix). This actual opening timestamp is set at activation and is not backdated. The Sweepstakes closes at the exclusive cutoff 2026-12-01T07:00:00Z: 12:00:00 AM Mountain Standard Time in the America/Phoenix time zone on December 1, 2026. Entries must be received before that cutoff, through the end of November 30, 2026 (11:59:59 PM MST). Sponsor's server clock controls receipt of entries and requests. No entry or bonus request is accepted at or after the cutoff. A campaign day begins at 12:00:00 AM and ends immediately before the next 12:00:00 AM in the America/Phoenix time zone. Daily opportunities do not carry forward. Test entries are excluded from this Sweepstakes and are not included in the drawing. ## 4. No Purchase Necessary; Base Entry No purchase, payment, donation, lesson, membership, sales presentation, or marketing consent is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the number or weight of entries. All permitted entry methods are free. During the entry period, an eligible person may complete the Sweepstakes registration form with truthful first name, last name, email address, cell phone number, eligibility declarations, and acceptance of these Official Rules. One valid registration supplies one base entry. Limit one registration per eligible person. Different email addresses, phone numbers, accounts, or devices do not create additional registrations. Optional marketing consent is separate from Sweepstakes entry and does not affect eligibility or odds. Providing a cell phone number does not authorize automated marketing texts. ## 5. Optional Opportunities and Free Equivalent Requests After registration, the private entry dashboard prominently provides a free alternative request for every optional entry slot described in this section. An alternative request is immediately confirmed when timely submitted and requires no social activity, post, video, email, proof, payment, purchase, marketing opt-in, or public disclosure. The alternative request receives the same entry weight, timing, and combined limit as its corresponding optional slot. There are six shared optional-slot types: one follow-bundle slot, one email-share slot, and four daily slots consisting of an Instagram standard-post slot, a Facebook standard-post slot, an Instagram original-video slot, and a Facebook original-video slot. A person may use either the optional social or email route or the free alternative request for a shared slot, but not both. Optional social and email claims are subject to review. While a timely social or email claim is under review, it reserves the applicable shared slot. A rejected claim releases that reservation for a distinct timely replacement or free alternative request; the rejected claim remains in the administrative record. The maximum permitted entries are one base entry, two once-only optional entries, and up to 12 daily optional entries per America/Phoenix campaign day. These caps are combined caps, not separate stacking caps. Every confirmed entry has the same chance in the random drawing. ### Follow Bundle — One Entry Once A person may receive one optional entry total, once during the Sweepstakes, for completing the configured Elite Golf Schools follow/subscription bundle on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube and submitting the requested account and supporting evidence for review. Completing fewer than all configured accounts does not earn this optional entry. The free equivalent request for this once-only slot is available in the dashboard without following, subscribing, or submitting social proof. ### Email Share — One Entry Once A person may receive one optional entry total, once during the Sweepstakes, by sending the prepared promotional email through that person's own email client and submitting minimal, recipient-redacted sent-message evidence and an attestation for review. The entrant chooses the recipient; Sponsor does not import an address book, select a recipient, or send the email. Opening a mail composer, copying text, or downloading a graphic does not establish a sent message. The prepared message identifies the promotion and entry incentive, includes Sponsor's postal address, and provides info@elitegolfofaz.com as the opt-out contact. The free equivalent request for this once-only slot is available in the dashboard without sending email or providing evidence. ### Daily Instagram and Facebook Posts and Videos For each America/Phoenix campaign day, a distinct qualifying new public Instagram post may receive one optional entry and a distinct qualifying new public Facebook post may receive one optional entry. A distinct qualifying original public Instagram video may receive five optional entries and a distinct qualifying original public Facebook video may receive five optional entries. The four daily slots total up to 12 optional entries per campaign day. A standard post and a video must be separate posts. A post or video may not receive both the one-entry standard-post award and the five-entry video award, be reused on another campaign day, or be submitted by another person. The same original video may be cross-posted to Instagram and Facebook using distinct direct public links, subject to the separate platform/day slots. The free equivalent request for each daily slot is available in the dashboard without posting, recording a video, providing proof, or publicly identifying the entrant. ## 6. Public Content, Tag, Code, and Review A social post or video submitted for an optional entry must be a distinct new public item published during the applicable campaign day. It must identify the Sweepstakes, accurately tag or mention the applicable configured Elite Golf Schools account, and include the entrant's public dashboard verification code. The required configured accounts are https://www.facebook.com/EliteGolfSchools, https://www.instagram.com/elitegolfschools/, and https://www.youtube.com/@elitegolfschools. Public content must clearly disclose the material entry incentive near the beginning of the caption in understandable language, such as: "I may receive Sweepstakes entries for this post." Include a clear contest or sweepstakes disclosure. A school tag alone is not sufficient. A video disclosure must be clear in the video where appropriate and in its caption. Entrants may not make fabricated product claims, unsupported performance claims, or statements that do not reflect their genuine experience. For a social claim, submit the direct public post or video link, the posting account name or handle, the public verification code, and a truthful completion attestation through the dashboard. For the follow bundle, submit the requested account information and useful supporting evidence for every configured account. Sponsor uses manual review; a click, copied caption, downloaded graphic, checkbox, or unsupported assertion does not confirm a reviewed optional entry. Sponsor records applicable ownership, timing, content, tag, code, disclosure, and video checks. A rejected claim includes a reason. ## 7. Prize One potential winner will receive one Callaway Quantum Max D Driver with standard loft and a standard-flex shaft, supplied by Sponsor. No specific numerical loft, handedness, shaft model, custom fitting, additional club, lesson, apparel, or cash component is included. The approximate retail value of the prize is $650. Sponsor will ship the prize free of charge to the verified eligible winner at a United States address within the stated eligibility scope, including Alaska and Hawaii. No shipping, processing, redemption, or claim fee is required. Sponsor will ship within 30 calendar days after verification and receipt of a valid shipping address. The prize is not transferable and has no cash redemption value. If legally permitted and genuinely necessary because the stated prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. ## 8. Drawing, Verification, and Odds After review of all timely submitted claims, Sponsor will conduct one manual random drawing on 2026-12-02T19:00:00Z, which is 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time in the America/Phoenix time zone on December 2, 2026. Sponsor will select one potential winner from the eligible confirmed entry pool. A drawing will not proceed while a timely submitted claim remains under review. Each confirmed entry has an equal chance in the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible confirmed entries received and the number of confirmed entries held by the entrant. Sponsor will retain selection and total-entry records. No additional claim or ledger review may change the finalized entry pool after the drawing. A selected person is a potential winner until Sponsor verifies eligibility and relevant information. Sponsor may disqualify false declarations, duplicate-person registrations, identity-evasion attempts, altered proof, unqualified content, or attempts to evade the published caps. A person may not be disqualified solely for using a free alternative request or declining optional marketing. ## 9. Notification and Alternate Selection Sponsor will contact the potential winner privately at the supplied email address and, if reasonably needed for administration, the supplied cell phone number. Sponsor will not request a purchase, entry fee, shipping fee, card payment, or other payment to claim the prize. Public social messages do not replace private verification. The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days after Sponsor's first notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, declines, fails eligibility or verification, or does not respond within that period, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible confirmed entries. Each alternate is subject to the same verification process. ## 10. Taxes, Data, and Communications The winner is responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor will comply with applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements and may request required documentation privately when legally required. No fee or tax payment to Sponsor is a condition of receiving the prize. Sponsor and authorized service providers use registration information, eligibility declarations, entry and proof records, reviewer decisions, and referral attribution to administer the Sweepstakes, prevent abuse, verify a potential winner, and fulfill the prize. Entrants retain rights in submitted social content; Sponsor may inspect and retain necessary evidence for Sweepstakes administration. Any broader marketing use or publicity permission must be separately obtained and is not a condition of entry. ## 11. Platform and Manufacturer Statements This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Elite Golf Schools and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Callaway, Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube. Their trademarks identify the prize or available social destinations only. Participation on a social platform remains subject to that platform's terms. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release the named social platforms from claims arising from Sponsor's administration of the Sweepstakes; no nonwaivable consumer right is waived. ## 12. Integrity, Changes, Cancellation, and Law Automated registrations, impersonation, multiple-person identity evasion, duplicate proof, and interference with the Sweepstakes are prohibited. Technical issues do not permit secret changes to entry limits, entry weights, or the finalized entry pool. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes when required by applicable law or when fraud, technical failure, security issues, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impair the fair administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will act fairly, preserve appropriate records, and provide notice appropriate to the circumstances. Arizona law governs to the extent legally applicable, without displacing mandatory protections in an entrant's home state. ## 13. Winner Information and Questions After verification and award, an entrant may request the verified winner's first name, last initial, and state by emailing info@elitegolfofaz.com within 60 days after the drawing. Sponsor will not publish private email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, identity documents, or dashboard access credentials.
